Visisht Corporate Growth Associates proudly announces the completion of 10 years of its founding, on December 1^st, 2007.

Since its inception in 1997 with little investment or security and fuelled only by the conviction that it can make a difference and offer something more to the industry in terms of value innovation, Visisht has come a long way.

In these 10 years, we have gained the satisfaction of having succeeded in at least part of what we set out to achieve. We have built a great body of work and established our presence in the consulting industry. Our vision of being the most preferred partner of clients saw us develop a strong repeat clientele as well as great referrals.

We also saw many ups and downs along the way as an organization. Our core strengths, strong customer focus and sheer hard work of all members of Visisht helped in dealing with many roadblocks, be it an industry slowdown or resource limitations, both in terms of people and finance.

Each of these opportunities and challenges and the changes they brought about were instrumental in forging the company’s identity and strength. This would not have been possible and Visisht would not be celebrating this landmark, had it not been for the dedicated efforts, drive and commitment of all members of the Visisht family, past and present.

Our initial struggle and subsequent success only increased our confidence to move ahead and explore newer avenues. We had the privilege of being approached to be a partner in Visisht Infosolutions, a software product development & services company. Visisht’s exploration has continued with the setting up of Visisht Search Services, a talent sourcing & selection company and People Sol, an outsourcing company.

In this entire growth, the major partners in our growth have been all our clients. In our endeavor to provide the best, we have constantly been motivated to improve our capabilities. Our clients’ high expectations and trust in us inspired us to work harder and challenge ourselves.

Our engagements in the areas of HR strategies & services and customized talent development initiatives, creation of high performance organizations and in helping our clients manage rapid growth have especially helped in establishing our position in the industry.

This is a new birth- birth of a new chapter in the history of Visisht. How do we script the story here on?

In the current scenario of rapid growth of India in all spheres, we are staring at a future full of opportunities and possibilities. There is so much to achieve! The journey is only getting more exciting and we’re looking forward to sharing it with all of you and forging ahead with a renewed zeal.
