Visisht Corporate Growth Associates Pvt. Ltd. was started in 1997, with
the objective of providing complete business solutions to medium and
large organizations. VCGA's vision is to be the most preferred partner

mutually beneficial. The organization, since its inception, has had the
opportunity to partner with some of the leading organizations and
conglomerates in India and abroad, to design, develop and implement

We believe and practice the art of 'make it happen' consulting,
as opposed to conceptual solution methodology.
Visisht believes that each organization is a unique entity and that the

Sankarnath
,
Managing Director, an M.Tech in Industrial Engineering &
Operations Research from IIT, Kharagpur and B.Tech in
Mechanical Engineering from IIT, Madras. Has over 30 years
experience in Industry & Consulting Organizations of
International repute. Prior to starting Visisht, Sankarnath was
associated with the Satyam Group as the Principal Director of
their Consulting wing (Satyam Renaissance). Previous positions
held were: Director, ABC Consultants; V.P (Operations & HR) ITC
Bhadrachalam Ltd.; Corporate Manager -HR, Digital India and has
also worked with DCM Group. His passion areas are
Organizational Visioning, Strategic HR, Competency Enhancement
Process & Cost Management.
Subba Rao
Tulasi,
Principal
Associate,
holds B.Tech
in Mechanical Engineering from Sri Venkateswara University. He
has over 35 years of experience in Operations, Industrial
Relations and Human Resource Management in steel and paper
industries, and held senior positions in companies including
SAIL, Indo Rayon and Sinarmas (Indonesia) before retiring as
Vice-President (HR), ITC Ltd., Paperboards and Specialty Papers
Division and then working as President (HR) in KSK Energy
Ventures Pvt Ltd. post retirement. He has acquired further
Strategic HR expertise through training in institutions of
repute including Indian School of Business – Hyderabad and Ross
School of Business (University of Michigan, USA). He holds an
interest in developing leadership and motivation skills,
teaching and facilitation.
S. Madan Mohan,
Principal Associate, holds an MBA in Marketing from
Osmania University and B.E. in Mechanical Engineering, also from
the same university. He has over 35 years of experience as an
industrial engineer, GM - HR, and consultant in various
organizations such as The Alkali Chemical Corp. of India Ltd.,
ABC Consultants Pvt. Ltd., EID Parry India Ltd., Vision
Management and retired as GM, Projects & Procurement in Deepak
Fertilisers & Petrochemicals Ltd. His experience covers
Industrial Engineering Studies, Organisation Structure,
Personnel, HR & Productivity Improvements, Business Process
Re-engineering, Procurement, Contracts and Liaison and he has
also worked in SAP implementation, Commercial, etc.
M.Vijaya
Bhaskar Reddy,
Chief Consultant, holds PG Diploma in International Trade
from IIFT, New Delhi, M.Tech (Industrial Mgmt.) from IIT,
Kharagpur and B. Tech (Mech) from REC, Warangal. He has
over 25 years of experience and worked in Eicher group, ITW
Signode India, GVK group and SOL Pharmaceuticals. His passion
areas are Marketing, SWOT Analysis, Organization Strategies and
Restructuring, Supply Chain Management, etc.
S.Sudhir,
Principal Consultant, holds B.Tech (Chem) from Osmania
University. He has over 25 years of experience in operations
and project management. His areas of expertise include TQM, TPM,
Productivity Enhancement through processes, Functional
Competency Development and Assessment Process, High Performance
Process teams, etc.
Y.L.N.Kumar,
Lead
Consultant,
holds an MBA in HR from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management
Studies, Mumbai and has submitted his Ph.D thesis
on ‘Organizational Citizenship Behavior’ (OCB). He has over 20
years of experience (Govt and Private) encompassing many
functional areas such as Fin/Accounts, Audit, with over 10 years
in HR including, Recruitment, Training and Administration. He
has also served as visiting faculty for MBA, Executive Masters
degree and MDP at various management institutes in Mumbai,
including NMIMS. His passion areas are recruitment, training,
research in OCB, etc. |
